Boardroom judgment. Systems expertise.

One team, built to work together.

Meet Suzan and Meaghan.

Suzan’s led from the C-suite for decades. Meaghan’s the person executives call when a plan needs to become real.

Same instinct, built from two different vantage points. That kind of alignment is hard to find in a typical consultancy — and even harder to hire as one team. With HuntingtonLevy, you get both.

The Story

Suzan and Meaghan met in 2018, working for organizations that support children and families, when they partnered on the same fundraiser. It’s the kind of project where you quickly learn who actually follows through — and both of them did.

Years later, Suzan stepped in as COO of a $50M professional services firm whose growth function was under real strain: people, alignment, data, and systems all pulling in different directions at once. With a full plate of her own, she needed someone to dig into it properly, so she called Meaghan.

Meaghan audited the operation, looked past the symptoms to diagnose what was actually causing the strain, and designed the solve. But a good diagnosis doesn’t implement itself. That’s where Suzan’s seat at the table mattered most: her ability to set strategic direction, build alignment across leadership, and earn real buy-in from the people who had to live with the change. Meaghan built what needed to be built. Suzan made sure the organization would actually adopt it.

Together, that combination — the right solve, and the leadership to carry it through — left the firm with a stronger culture, systems that could scale, and data people could finally trust. It was solid enough to help position the company for a successful large-scale acquisition.

That’s when they knew they had something worth building. Most consultants hand you a diagnosis; most leaders are left to figure out the rest. HuntingtonLevy brings both. Because lasting change at the enterprise level always starts with people, bandwidth, and systems designed to fit the strengths already in the room.
